Change of coach in the Bundesliga: a bad testimony

A year ago, there was a primary discussion about the breakdown coach, such as Julian Nagelsmann, Marco Rose or Adi Hütter. At the moment, only Stefan Leitl really went into self -determined, from Fürth to Hanover. In the fight for sovereignty, the clubs impressively repel. However, this is not a success report for their manager.

At least eight Bundesliga clubs compete in the summer of 2022 with a different chief coach than in the previous year, in 2021 there were even 14. Stability is different. Certainly: every trainer in office has the chance to convince of himself every day. But also dawns on the decision -makers what certificate they issue themselves? There is philosophized by "trainer couting", but attempt and error is practiced.

The future is unencumbered as a reason for separation. But how are those who do three coaches in twelve months? Meanwhile, football teachers are claimed to infallibility. "Doubts" promptly lead to discharge instead of giving time to tackle deficits as a team. To fall out of all clouds just months later because the successor is also not a Klopp clone.

Such behavior is simply damaging to the club. And the quality problem at management level no less serious than on the benches.
